When do you really recharge and reset yourself? Is it a daily ritual or hobby that you pick up when you need some down time away from everything else. To me, 8 hours a night is good rest and is absolutely the goal but that is not the same as relaxing. Finding a good hobby or way to channel your attention has been the best thing for me when it comes to actually feeling reset and all that tension gone. What do you think? Is rest the same as relaxing? Do you need to sit still and rest to relax?
