You ever just lay out in the a field or sit back in a chair outside and look up at the clouds? I used to spend hours as a kid trying to pick out different shapes and figures in the clouds. I haven’t made as much time or prioritized that kind of relaxing activity in a while, but every now and again something in the clouds catches my eye. Why are we so preoccupied with man made art, that we ignore the beauty in nature? The most amazing shots I’ve taken as a photographer or have seen by other photographers have been of nature. Don’t get me wrong, there are amazing pieces of art in the world but nothing seems to measure up quite as well. With that, I will leave you with a short post and a request. Put down the phone or close up the laptop and go outside to bask in the sun to pick out shapes in the clouds or look up into the stars.
