Times change and things may get a little more complicated but there are just some of the classic games and toys that will always remain timeless. What is it about these things that draws us in as kids and lets these activities transcend time by entertaining generation after generation. Is it the activity and toy, in and of itself or is it the joy they saw previous generations having and the amount of joy in the memories we have and share with them? Not sure why these are the things I think about but it raises a bunch of questions about how transferable our enthusiasm for things can be to the people that look up to us. What we enjoy and invest time in, can be perceived as important or of greater value in our priority list than other more important things are if not taken in the correct context. One thing I always try to understand is intent behind action but this can be lost on people so be careful what you’re doing and what kind of message you’re sending to the people you might not know are watching.
