There’s something different about the way animals look at you. Have you ever just taken a few steps back and wonder just how much of your habits they pick up or how they may have affected ours. I think in most cases, they kind of train us to a greater degree than we train them. We learn when they are hungry, tired, need to go to the restroom or when they have done something wrong. How much of our habits have been even just slightly influenced by our pets? How many of those habits have we taken away from the household and into our outside lives. The way we would open a door, stand up or sit down without having pets is completely different. I think, that as a culture, we have evolved in how we see and treat our pets. Looking back to when I was younger, a pet was just a pet and I never really assign them a core spot in the family. Things have completely changed and most people, to include myself, treat them as direct member of the household and hold them higher than most people. What do you think? How do you see a pet? Have your pets trained you? Do they have any of your habits?
